About Return and Refund:

  1. Item can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Note: Products must be returned in its original condition. Please contact us for the address of returning your purchase. But shipping fee was afforded by Buyer.
  2. Buyers had better check the package carefully when postman send items to you.  Please refuse to sign for it if the package was damaged during shipping, and  they will return it to us.  Then contact us promptly and we will solve it for you ASAP.
  3. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
  4. Mistaken items  can be returned for replace or full refund within 14 days. Note: Products must be returned in its original condition with out use them, otherwise returns are not accepted.
